And that's where you come in: We are looking for you as Interim Head of P&C (m/f/d) to drive us forward on this exciting journey.

This is a full-time maternity leave cover position (13 months), starting on 2025-05-19.

Your Day-to-Day

• Own the entire HR administration and all related processes - from recruitment and onboarding, administration, mentoring and development to offboarding.
• Be responsible for budget planning, people controlling and people reporting. Work closely and collaboratively with our Finance team.
• Be an active sparring partner and coach for our leadership team on performance management, feedback, talent development and career planning.
• Own the People & Culture strategy and work closely with C-Levels to implement and drive the culture.
• Manage People & Culture team members. 

We are a Good Match if You Have:

• Experience of leadership responsibility across a wide range of tasks and working closely with the executive and C-level team.
• Project and stakeholder management skills to design, structure and implement HR processes with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with a hands-on mentality.
• Business fluent in English.
