In our Value Engineering organization, we help customers realize value with Celonis by creating compelling solutions to critical business problems.

As a member of the Value Engineering Center of Excellence (VE CoE), you'll contribute to an international, diverse, and dynamic team, supporting over 300 Value Engineers worldwide with best practices, tools, and training.

The Role 

In the AI Automation intern role, you will play a central part in bringing advanced AI technology into our company. 

Your work will focus on automating our internal processes and teaching our Value Engineering team how to effectively use Generative AI.

Your Responsibilities
  • Solution Building: Develop internal tools and workflows using the OpenAI API and the automation platform Make, optimizing processes for greater efficiency.
  • Generative AI Training: Play a key role in upskilling over 300 Value Engineers in Generative AI, by designing and delivering effective training programs.
  • AI Research: Engage in research to stay updated with AI advancements and contribute insights for strategy development in AI applications.
  • Large Language Model Development: Assist in building and training custom large language models to create AI solutions tailored to specific business needs.
Your Qualifications

We are looking for a highly motivated and talented individual who is passionate about AI:

  • Currently studying or recently graduated in Computer Science, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or a similar field.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or similar. Ideally, experience with large language models.
  • Prior internships in tech or consulting, or experience in a student consultancy, are a plus.
  • Fluent in English. Strong ability to communicate effectively and present complex ideas clearly.
  • Able to start as soon as possible, committing to a full-time role for a minimum of 5 months.
