Job Description: 

We are seeking an Intern  Accounting (m/f/x) to join our team of innovators. you will have the chance to apply your theoretical knowledge in practice and support our Accounting team on a broad range of tasks within the KONUX Group. You will be handling basic accounting topics while gaining insights into complex processes with the opportunity to change the status quo, challenge existing workflows, and implement new tools and finance service providers. We encourage you to look beyond Accounting and Finance to understand company-wide processes with the goal of optimizing our overall efficiency.

Your Impact:

• You'll be responsible for the mailbox using Document Capture to process incoming invoices.
• You'll be responsible for employees' travel expenses and reimbursements.
• You'll be responsible for processing virtual credit cards and expense allocation.
• You’ll be responsible for booking incoming invoices. 

To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have:

• You’re a reliable reviewer of documents to comply internal policies and tax regulations
• You're a problem-solver who enjoys tackling complex challenges.
• You're a team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and with a positive attitude
• You are currently studying a Bachelor’s or master degree in a scientific or business discipline and if you already had a profound working experience in accounting that would be a plus.
• You are interested in accounting topics (accrual accounting, tax matters, deferred expenses etc.)
• You have experienced in using MS Office and /or G-Suite application
