Intern Customer Care - Performance (x/f/m)
Doctolib is looking for you for an internship in the Customer Care Performance department for our office in Berlin.
As an intern in the Customer Care Performance Team, you will play an essential part in elevating the Doctolib customer service experience to become one of the best in Europe.
The Customer Care Performance Team accompanies the German operational teams (currently 78 employees) in their ambition to reach the next level, by supporting them with continuously improving customer satisfaction in a fast-growing environment.
What you’ll doAs an intern, you will work closely with the operations directors and managers in Germany to support our Customer Care teams, which consist of a Frontline as well as Technical Service teams. The focus will be on usage and product issues related to our products “Doctolib Booking Management Suite”, "Video Consultation" and “Clinical and Financial Services”. The role has a strong analytical as well as a project management component.
As an intern, you will support us in the following areas:
- Analyses and support of the operations teams
- Monitor the performance of the teams (reporting, dashboarding and related action plans)
- Participate with the team in ad-hoc analyses
- Support the teams and managers by answering questions about processes and tools, as well as finding solutions to day-to-day problems
- Project management
- Introduce new internal tools or improve existing tools
- Set-up and manage local projects for Customer Care with a focus on improving efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Support with building key features of our CRM & ticketing system (Salesforce) tools together with our internal product teams
- Gain hands-on experience in analysis and project management methodologies inside a dynamic and international business team
- Play a key role in ensuring top-notch service to our customers with a direct impact for health professionals and patients in Germany
- Obtain first hand understanding of AI applied to Customer Care operations

You could be our next team mate if you:- have a current or completed Master's degree from a top business school/engineering school or have experience in the field.
- have experience in customer service, consulting, project management or process optimisation.
- have at least C1 level in English.
- have excellent communication skills.
- have at least B2 level in German
- have good knowledge of Excel (or equivalent G-Suite), Salesforce / Tableau / SQL.
