Role Responsibilities: What you’ll doIntern Finance Operations (Munich, start date: 01.01.2024):

• System administration: Set up and support data interfaces between multiple finance tools and systems, especially our central ERP-System, Workday Financials
• System maintenance: Support the maintenance of different large business systems, including our ERP- and Planning-Systems
• Data conversion: Set up and maintain scripts to automate data conversion
• Process development: Document new processes and train colleagues to use these on a regular basis
• PMO support: Plan, organize and coordinate activities concerning cross-functional finance-IT projects

• Current or completed studies in business administration, computer science, Business information system, finance, or a similar field.
• You have gained your first experiences (e.g. as an intern or working student) with databases or have applied your programming skills in other fast-paced companies
• You are confident using Microsoft Office and/ or Google Suite
• English is required, as we are a European company
• You show high interest for finance, showcase a data-driven mindset, accuracy, as well as curiosity and a desire to learn more
• You have on point communication and are able to present complex topics simple
• You bring an independent and self-reliant work style with a strong hands-on mentality
