As a Human Resources (HR) Intern, you'll have the unique opportunity to work closely with our HR team, learn about various aspects of HR management, and contribute to creating an inclusive and high performing workplace.

Position Overview: We're searching for an enthusiastic and motivated Human Resources Intern to join our team. This internship will give you hands-on experience in HR processes, employee engagement, talent acquisition, and more.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in onboarding new employees, helping them integrate into the company culture.
  • Support the HR team in maintaining accurate and organized employee records and documentation.
  • Contribute to HR projects, including policy updates, diversity and inclusion initiatives, performance reviews and HR System (Workday & Greenhouse) enhancements. 
  • Help in responding to employee inquiries and providing general HR support across the full employee lifecycle.
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, and interview coordination.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and cooperation.

 

Qualifications:

  • Enrolled in a degree program related to Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A keen interest in human resources and a desire to learn about various HR functions.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in G-Suite, Microsoft Office, or similar software.
  • Previous experience or coursework in HR or related areas is a plus.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
