YOUR MISSION
As an Intern in the Partners & Brands department, you will be part of a dynamic team focused on enhancing partner relationships and optimizing our operations. You will support the team with day-to-day tasks to drive our partners' growth and longer-term projects to improve their operational metrics.
THE JOURNEY
- Support Account Managers with administrative tasks and operational performance monitoring.
- Assist in onboarding new partners by gathering necessary tools and information.
- Help prepare presentations, reports, and analyses for partners.
- Proactively coordinate ongoing activations and promotional campaigns.
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless operations and communication.
- Collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop, and make a difference.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or you are during your studies in management, business administration, marketing, sales
- Strong willingness to gain first work experience in an international company or you already had an experience/internship, ideally in a FMCG company (marketing or sales support, key account assistant etc.)
- Great organizational skills
- Strong attention to details
- Analytical thinking
- Ability to communicate efficiently
- Proactive attitude and high engagement in a daily duties
- Excellent written and spoken Polish and English
- Ability to learn new systems and tools quickly
- An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude
