Role Responsibilities: What you'll do- Compensation: You will be working on all things compensation - working closely with benchmarking data, developing and maintaining our salary ranges for a variety of job families across the board
- Global Benefits: Assist in the implementation and reviewing of our global benefits
- Equity: Support in the day to day work on all things equity programs
- Data: Work data driven and dive into analytics, supporting the team with reporting and deriving insights from surveys

- Current or completed studies in business administration, Business information system, business psychology or a similar field.
- You have gained your first experiences (e.g. as an intern or working student) with data analytics or have applied your analytical skills in other fast-paced companies
- You are confident using Microsoft Office and/ or Google Suite
- English is required, as we are a European company
- You showcase a data-driven mindset, accuracy, as well as curiosity and a desire to learn more
- You have on point communication and are able to present complex topics simple
- You bring an independent and self-reliant work style with a strong hands-on mentality
