The Engineering Team sits at the heart of our business, and within this role, you’ll be responsible for helping us drive our platform forward and stand apart from our competition. You’ll be joining a small but extremely talented & experienced engineering team, to work on the truly transformational, as well as to push yourself to the next level.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Build and Own Features: You’ll work alongside experienced engineers to design, develop, test, and ship features that impact real users. You’ll take on ownership of your codebase, from ideation to production, ensuring reliability and performance.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to solve complex technical challenges and build scalable, secure, and user-friendly healthcare tools. You’ll get to work in a multi-functional environment where collaboration fuels success.
  • Write Clean, Efficient Code: At Doctolib, we care about code quality. You’ll learn to write maintainable, well-documented code, following industry best practices in design, testing, and peer review. Be ready to write tests, refactor, and optimize as needed to keep our platform healthy.
  • Solve Real-World Problems: You’ll contribute to projects that directly enhance patient care, improve doctor-patient relationships, and enable practitioners to collaborate securely. You’ll see the immediate impact of your work, helping millions of users get better access to healthcare.
  • Continuous Learning: Your learning won’t stop with code. You’ll have the chance to pick up new skills, explore new tools, and even dive into areas like encryption and distributed systems, all while shaping the future of healthcare tech.
By the end of your internship, you will have:
  • Designed, developed, and deployed real-world features used by millions of people.
  • Gained deep technical knowledge in cloud-based architectures and mobile-first solutions.
  • Worked with top-tier engineers and product leaders to solve high-impact problems.
  • Showcased your work to Doctolib’s Tech Leadership during our exclusive End-of-Internship Demo Fair - a chance to demo your projects, get direct feedback, and celebrate your contributions to the future of healthcare tech!
