In the context of the global People and Brand team, we are looking for an Internal Comms & Employer Brand Intern to strengthen the inside-out approach we use to communicate internally and externally. You will support the Global Internal Comms lead in the operational roll-out of several initiatives dedicated to our main users: current and future colleagues. You will be involved in local and international projects with the aim of making Doctolib’s culture a competitive advantage for retaining and attracting talent in the long run.

You will be involved in all the projects phases: from the brainstorming, to the launch, to the retro and will learn how to properly use our internal project management and comms tools.

• Internal Communication - our goal is to engage our collegues around our strategy and mission with appropriate communication. From email to Slack, we always find the best Tone&Voice to communicate at our best. 
• Culture & Engagement - we increase Doctoliber’s engagement by organizing local events, supporting the Social Impact strategy (ESG) and promoting our wellbeing initiatives and culture. 
• Employer Brand - we attract candidates with the Doctolib Employer Brand & Support Talent Acquisition to recruit the best talent in order to drive our innovation. We know the recruitment and job platforms, universities and other partners, in order to build the best strategy to boost recruitment and hire the right people.

• You hold/are about to hold your university degree (ie. communication, human resources, marketing…)
• You are creative and have an innovative approach on new trends on social media, curious on new technologies

• You are a ninja in Google suite and willing to learn new tools (Confluence, DUST, Braze, Canva, Slack, Wordpress…)
• You have great communication skills - written and orally - in both Italian and English
