Internship People Development (x/f/m)
Doctolib is looking for an intern in the People Development Department based in Levallois Perret, beginning in July 2024.
Your mission: empower each Doctoliber to learn and grow so that they unleash their potential and thrive within Doctolib.
Join our international team of 8 and actively contribute to our projects aimed at offering Doctolibers an unique performance & development experience, having the right tools to regularly assess and work on their competencies, giving them the levers to be in the driver seat of their career path and reach their development goals.
What you’ll doAs an intern, you will support us in the following areas:
- Project Management (70% of your time) :
- Support our different team members in their projects and change management initiatives across various topics, including performance and development management, career evolution, and internal mobility.
- Assist in the design and delivery of training initiatives, workshops, and resources focused on career evolution and internal mobility.
- Support change management initiatives, such as supporting the adoption of our career evolution philosophy and assisting in the development and roll-out of talent development tools, rituals, and resources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between talent development initiatives and organizational goals.
- Facilitate the Talent Development community by organizing meetings, knowledge sharing sessions, and fostering best practices sharing.
- Talent Development Support (20% of your time) :
- Assist in the development and maintenance of career development resources, including job aids, templates, and online platforms.
- Support the Talent Development team in coordinating and scheduling training sessions and workshops.
- Provide administrative support for talent development programs, including participant registration and materials preparation.
- Support communication initiatives by designing and managing our intranet pages to ensure effective distribution of talent development information
- Prepare communications and events related to career evolution and internal mobility for Doctolib, ensuring effective dissemination of information to employees.
- Provide support on targeted communication campaigns to promote talent development initiatives and encourage employee engagement.
- Team performance & KPIs analysis and communication of our impact (10% of your time) :
- Conduct monthly monitoring and analysis of the career evolution dashboard, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) related to career progression and internal mobility.
- Monitor our performance indicators and carry out analyses to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Gain an understanding of the various talent processes, such as people reviews, career evolution or internal mobility.
- Gain insights on how to manage projects with cross-functional teams on a variety of subjects
- Learn how to support teams in implementing changes related to performance management, internal mobility, career paths, and / or other HR-related topics

You could be our next team mate if:
- You are currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field & are available for a six months internship.
- You speak English fluently (C1) and are a good communicator (written and oral) as well as a good listener; French is a plus.
- You have a strong interest in people development and HR innovation, are curious and want to be part of this exciting adventure.
- You have an analytical way of thinking, are rigorous and pay attention to detail.
- You consider yourself having a positive mindset and being a team player.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn.

- Already have experience in project management (consulting experience is welcome) and / or in Human Resources
- Are proficient in using G-suite in a professional environment
