YOUR MISSION

Join us disrupting the international energy market and leave your mark in re-defining how energy traders work!Be part of the development of the enmacc platform defining the future of OTC energy trading. Help the team tackle all legal related challenges we face.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES / WHAT YOU'LL DO

Commercial Law:

  • You support the team in solving legal issues and help with documents
  • You will be heavily involved in legal projects and bear responsibility
  • You solve legal questions through research and prepare expert opinions

Capital Markets Law:

  • You support the team in fulfilling capital market requirements
  • You will be heavily involved in upcoming audits and take on subtasks
  • You formulate legally sound letters to supervisory authorities (BaFin)
YOUR PROFILE / WHAT YOU'LL NEED
  • You are a legal trainee waiting for the grades of the written part of the 1st state examination or alternatively you have a first degree in business law (e.g. LL.B or B.Sc.)
  • You have an affinity for business law and capital market law and ideally already have some practical professional experience in this area
  • You are a strong communicator with very good written and spoken German and English skills, especially for legal texts
  • You have entrepreneurial mindset and are interested in agile working in a startup in the IT sector
  • You work independently and in a structured manner
  • You have very good MS Office skills
  • Startup experience is a plus
