We are seeking an Inventory Associate, who is responsible for ensuring the flow of goods in and out of the Warehouse is handled in an effective and optimized manner.

You will...

• Facilitate daily recipe building and inventory storage process to ensure product storage standards compliance
• Ensuring accuracy in completing necessary inventory documentation and record keeping
• Take responsibility for on hand products and their physical and systematic locations
• Verify and track daily orders according to priority to meet or exceed Production Goal
• Research 
• Maintain inventory objectives for picking, shelving, and accuracy
• Identify and communicate any missing or insufficient inventory products, daily variances and determine root cause
• Collaborate with receiving team and supervisor to determine root cause analysis, as needed
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
• Own and label the process of pallets being marked correctly
• Understand and adhere to all safety and GMP requirements

You are...

• Experienced in order fulfillment, fulfillment support, order picking and all inbound/outbound mechanisms 
• Able to multitask and prioritize in a fast paced environment
• Problem solver with accuracy and a high attention to detail
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
• Able to work while standing and walking and be able to lift up to 80 lbs

• Able to operate equipment such as manual or electric pallet jack

At a minimum, you have…

• Minimum One Years of Warehouse and/ or Inventory experience, Food-Industry Is a plus.
• Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods with strong math skills
• Critical thinking and inventory impact implications 
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of computer applications (Excel/Google Sheets)
