About the role

Inventory Manager to join our growing team within this role you will be responsible for set up and management of the items in the systems and the Purchase Order process from creation though receipt on inventoried items.

Requirements:

• NetSuit Required

• With multiple warehouses you will work with the Warehouse team on which warehouse we will need to have product and make sellable

• Verify we have product by PO due date

• Will work with our buying and merchandising teams to get items up to our customers quickly

• Work with accounting on item receipts and any questions they have on invoices

• Oversee the cycle counts, put process in place for adjustments to inventory and responsible for discrepancies

• Will work with our Enterprise Tech Team and Product team on enhancements and issues

In the role of Inventory Manager, you will report to the Vice President of eCommerce Operations.

We are considering applicants for the location of Dallas, TX, Culver City, CA, and San Francisco, CA

About You

We get excited about candidates, like you, because...

• You need to have 5+ years of experience in Inventory Management

• Proficient user of Excel, will need to know how to use complex formulas

• 5+ years working in Netsuite, this is our ERP system and is used daily
