Your roleWe are seeking a talented and motivated IT Engineer (f/m/d) to join our Infrastructure team. Your pivotal role is to support the Practices in Munich & Stuttgart providing 1st level support and working on improvement projects. Overseeing Infrastructure status and to ensure standard setup across all sites through scheduled site visits, You will be part of the Engineering team and collaborate closely with other departments to guarantee the security, reliability, scalability and high availability of our infrastructure at all locations. With the ultimate goal of reaching our mission to democratize best-in-class medical care for a healthier society.
Your responsibilities
- Understand the end-users and their needs and desires
- Envision IT solutions to serve the needs and desires of the users
- Configure hardware and systems to enable new functionality
- Continuously improve existing IT systems and keep site documentation up-to-date
- Create automation to remove manual tasks across the company
- Write automated tests/checklists for functional and non-functional requirements
- Ensure systems are correctly and quickly configured for the the end-users to use
- Fix hardware and system defects causing bad experiences for our users during periodic site visits
- Create checks to ensure the system is behaving as intended
- Respond to reports of defects from humans or automated checks
- Own the 1st level support requests and contribute or escalate to the 2nd level support Engineer(s)
Technical Skills
- Very good analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Good understanding of networking, Systems and endpoint support.

Qualifications
- Fresh graduate with an IT related degree and/or two years working experience in the IT field.
- Full working proficiency in both English and German

- Working hours: Flexible - part or full time (depending on your role)
- Working locations: We are currently operating offices in Munich and Berlin and offer remote work opportunities (depending on your role)
