As an IT Engineer in our IT team you’ll be focused on supporting our suite of collaboration tools, working with the Service Desk with escalated incidents & problems, maintaining self help documentation for employees and engaging in integration & development projects for new technologies.

The ideal candidate would have a good working knowledge of SaaS enterprise technologies, integrations & APIs as well as a good understanding of workplace infrastructure such as networks.  We are looking for someone who is curious, keen to understand how things work under the hood. Given the versatile nature of the role, we’re looking for someone who learns fast, enjoys collaborating with others, and is a pragmatic decision-maker.

  • Experience and knowledge of macOS, Google Workspace Administration and Google Cloud Identity, including user management, devices and applications
  • In-depth knowledge of various IT systems including email, document storage, identity & access management, networking and MDM
  • Good working knowledge of unified communication platforms

  • You can work independently or as part of a team whilst working towards a common mission
  • You are happy to mentor & coach others in the team

What excites us:
  • Focus on your growth and development: regular discussions with your manager about your personal goals, feedback, coaching, learning and conference budget
  • A clear career progression: opportunities for growth and competencies aligned to our competencies framework
  • Ownership and freedom: we give people problems to solve rather than specifications to implement, end to end ownership (deciding on the solution, implementing it, releasing it, maintaining it)
  • Good work-life balance

Salary range: 2,900 - 3,200 eur/gross

We don’t expect you to meet every requirement. If you’re excited by this role, we encourage you to apply.
