If you're passionate about leading an IT organization and optimizing processes to ensure seamless service delivery, consider joining the IT Program and Project Management Team at Pinterest. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement and enhancing the overall performance of our IT Organization.
What you’ll do:
- Execution owner for Scrum, Change, Incident, and Problem management at Pinterest IT.
- Develop and implement IT process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Analyze IT processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Create and maintain comprehensive process documentation to ensure clarity and consistency.
- Train IT staff on new and revised processes.
- Monitor and evaluate IT processes to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure that IT processes are aligned with the overall business goals.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate IT processes to assess compliance, effectiveness, and opportunities for further optimization.
- Deliver Operational Metrics that deliver a view and insight to service health and maturity.
What we’re looking for:
- Expertise in IT processes. Proven technical program/project delivery. Developing and maturing processes that match the organization's level of maturity and acceptance of change.
- Must be able to take supervisory direction, change priorities based upon business needs and work independently when required as well as know when to bring issues and questions to the management team for direction and support.
- Excellent communicator and collaboration skills. Must be able to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders and also be able to collaborate with cross functional partners to ensure that IT processes are aligned with the overall business goals.
- Passionate about process management. You should be familiar with the challenges of growing organizations and how to create processes that are successfully adopted and used.
- Proven ability to manage through ambiguity and create buy-in with cross-functional teams.
- Data driven. You must have a demonstrated ability to surface data and insights to prove hypotheses and measure success.
- ITIL V3 or V4 certified in Service Operations.
- Six Sigma green belt certification preferred.
- Previous experience with JIRA.
