What you’ll do:

  • Lead the full lifecycle of an IT project utilizing standardized Project Management frameworks, as a member of the IT Project Management team.
  • Develop and translate strategic requirements into a project plan, manage project operations including defining project scope, work breakdown structure, deliverables, timelines, dependencies and risks while tracking progress.
  • Manage the project stakeholders/team and project schedule for timely completion 
  • Facilitate project meetings with required teams and stakeholders
  • Communicate new ideas and opinions with candor as you grow both professionally and personally through learning and development opportunities
  • Collaborate with your team and contribute to real projects that impact Pinterest
  • Interact with senior leaders, network with various employees across the company, and participate in a number of events outside of your core duties

What we’re looking for:

  • This position requires current enrollment in a school or education program in which the individual is working towards a Bachelor’s in Business, Information Systems/MIS, or a related technical field
  • Obtain Bachelor’s in Business, IS/MIS or a related technical field by June 2026
  • Interest in Project Management or Technical Project Management disciplines
  • Well organized, including the ability to create project documentation and artifacts 
  • Strong communication skills and can build relationships with people at all levels of the organization
  • Possess skills to review workflow, documentation and analyze data to navigate teams through the solutioning process of business issues
  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively

The internship program will run May 20, 2025 - August 9, 2025 and June 17, 2025 - September 6, 2025.

 

At Pinterest we believe the workplace should be equitable, inclusive, and inspiring for every employee. In an effort to provide greater transparency, we are sharing the base salary range for this position. Final salary is based on a number of factors including location, travel, relevant prior experience, or particular skills and expertise.

The minimum and maximum salary for this position is $7,500 - $9,000 monthly.
