YOUR MISSION

We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our IT Service Desk Team, based in Barcelona.Our team is a core function of the IT organization and a key contributor in providing high-quality production support for our business-critical IT Systems.

THE JOURNEY

  • Provide timely and effective support for all IT systems;
  • Resolve layer 1 level incidents and service requests;
  • Develop and maintain documentation and procedures;
  • Administrate and operate different IT tools and systems;

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • A degree in Computer Science or relevant experience.
  • 2+ years of relevant full-time experience in service desk/ IT.
  • Experience supporting Windows and Mac OSX environments.
  • Experience supporting Google Workspace, Zoom and Slack services
  • Experience with Jira Service Desk or similar;
  • Experience with OneLogin or similar;
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills with a technical mindset;
  • Great communication skills and solution-oriented approach;
