We are looking for an IT Support Engineer in Amsterdam who will be the central point of contact for providing IT support to a diverse team at the crossroads of technology and food.

Reporting to the Senior Manager Information Technology, you will be an essential part of our Technical Support Team. Whether you're responding to incidents or pro-actively working to build a better Helpdesk, you will be responsible for providing core IT Support for all Benelux Operations, ranging from SaaS applications, hardware/software support, user onboarding and training, documentation and continuously striving to empower and enrich our users. As part of the Information Technology team, you will play a key role in promoting employee productivity by providing robust, knowledgeable and timely service.

  • Be the face of the IT Support team and provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support to all HelloFresh Benelux employees. 
  • Maintain our office, last mile locations and some DC’s hardware landscape including device and license management
  • Deploy new hardware, software and accounts to our employees
  • Help transform the IT Support department by implementing automation and new workflows
  • Contribute to ongoing system and process documentation efforts
  • Be the go-to-person regarding audio/video-systems and event-livestreams

🍉 These are the ingredients you’ll bring to the team

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant experience. (IT-related certifications are desirable).
  • 3+ years’ experience in a technical support or helpdesk role with a strong focus on IT Service Delivery, Change Management and Incident Management
  • Experience with Google Workspace Administration, JIRA, Confluence, Slack, Azure Active Directory and InTune, Jamf or another MDM system
  • Thorough knowledge of computer maintenance (MacOS, Windows)
  • A positive proactive approach to tackling any issues without shying away from the challenges that arise. In this you prioritize your assignments as well;
  • A quantitative and analytical mindset and know how to use data as the basis of your decisions;
  • You’re service oriented and get a kick out of helping other people out and of course, you’re a team player!
