As an IT Support Specialist within our Copenhagen office, your main focus will be to support our Copenhagen Trustpilot employees (Trusties) with their internal technical needs. In doing so, you will be part of a global team handling IT Tickets for Trustpilot offices, though mainly for Copenhagen. You will play a key role in a three-person team working on-site in the Copenhagen office supporting the day-to-day operations that ensure our hardware and software systems are running seamlessly. You love to offer assistance in fixing the issue at hand, no matter how small!

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Provide 1st and 2nd level Internal IT Support using our ticketing system as well as in-person
  • Assist with onboarding and training of new users
  • Be responsible for ensuring IT hardware stock is updated
  • Ensure desks have the necessary and functioning IT equipment
  • Ensure stable performance of conference room systems and printers
  • Create and update knowledge base articles both user-facing and internal
  • Assist with office moves/renovations

Who you are:

  • A solid understanding of, and experience with, IT support in an international organization
  • Ability to troubleshoot network problems at the desktop level
  • 3-5 years of experience working in an on-site IT support role
  • Ability to work on your own and also collaborate with team members (both local and global) 
  • Experience with Azure AD, Windows 10/11, macOS, laptop provisioning, headset/audio troubleshooting, Google Workspace, and Zoom. Cloud experience is a big plus
  • The environment is fast-paced and we set the highest standards for ourselves. You need to thrive in this kind of environment
  • Great interpersonal skills – you know how to connect with people and have strong communication skills
  • Proven experience with ITSM tools. ITIL knowledge is a plus
  • Your approach to work is structured and with a positive, service-oriented attitude
  • You are fluent in both written and spoken English
