IT Support Specialist (x/f/m)
We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to join the IT Support team in Nantes.
As an IT Support Specialist, your mission will be to provide technical support to Doctolibers working across Germany, France, and Italy. You'll be responsible for resolving escalated IT incidents, ensuring seamless technology operations, and enhancing the user experience through proactive problem-solving and collaboration with global teams. Your work will directly enable our teams to focus on our mission of improving healthcare for all.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Providing IT support to users both on-site and remotely
- Delivering level 2 support for incidents escalated by the service desk, working closely with them to resolve issues in a timely manner with a focus on user satisfaction
- Collaborating remotely with IT teams based abroad and working alongside internal squads
- Escalating and tracking tickets to other support teams (Security, Technical Services, etc.)
- Documenting resolution processes and maintaining an up-to-date table of known incidents and problems
- Proactively proposing automation or process improvements to enhance user satisfaction and drive continuous improvement
- Hold a BTS, BA (Hons), or equivalent higher education degree in IT or a comparable technical background
- Have 2+ years of experience in an IT support position
- Have hands-on experience supporting core systems and account management tools such as MS Azure AD, Intune, and Google Workspace
- Are experienced in network configuring and troubleshooting (Cisco Meraki)
- Are fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have experience managing and troubleshooting events and meeting room technology (Zoom and Google Meet)
- Have contributed to IT projects and demonstrated strong initiative and problem-solving skills
