With our product, businesses can collect, manage and document user consents on websites and apps, and achieve full compliance in accordance with global privacy regulations while facilitating high consent rates and building trust with their customers.We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT System Administrator to join our team and support Usercentrics's exponential growth. In this role, you will report to the Senior Manager of IT Operations & IT Compliance and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including IT Compliance, HR, and others. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and maintenance of our global IT systems while ensuring compliance with industry standards and frameworks.

Your Tasks

• IT Compliance Management:- Maintain the Vanta IT Compliance Platform in alignment with regulatory frameworks such as ISO27001, ISO27701, SOC2, NIS2, HIPAA, etc.- Execute compliance-related tests and ensure adherence to standards.- Support the Senior Manager of IT Operations & IT Compliance in the global IT Compliance scope.
• Support the Senior Manager of IT Operations & IT Compliance in managing the Supplier Onboarding Process.
• Manage and maintain the Mantra Phishing Tool Platform.
• Configure and integrate the Torii SaaS Applications Management Platform, including creating new custom integrations.
• Develop, maintain, and contribute to internal IT scripts to enhance global IT operations.
• Assist in the maintenance and support of the global internal IT infrastructure.
• Actively contribute to the creation and maintenance of IT department documentation and knowledge bases.

You Bring

• 2-3 years of proven experience in system administration.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
• Excellent written and spoken English (German proficiency is a plus).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A continuous learner with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Collaborative and team-oriented mindset with a strong sense of team spirit.
