The IT Systems team is responsible for implementing and operating core IT systems and services used across Trustpilot’s global offices to enable employees to access IT services securely and efficiently. 

As an IT Systems Engineer, you will have an important part in evolving and building the internal IT network infrastructure and services in a cloud environment working with SaaS solutions and cloud architecture.

In your role, you will:

  • Manage the entire lifecycle of Trustpilot's corporate devices through Jamf and Intune.
  • Develop and operate cloud network services and infrastructure (Cloud VPN, Cloud Certificate Enrollment service, and monitoring solutions).
  • Configure and implement scalable SaaS solutions (requirements gathering, architecting, configuring, and team training). 
  • Create and maintain technical documentation of systems and processes.
  • Investigate system and security alerts and provide incident response.
  • Handle tickets of incidents and Service Desk escalations.
  • Participate in the on-call incident response rotation outside of regular business hours. 
  • Establish and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Participate in internal and cross-functional projects involving stakeholders of all levels.

We are looking for people with:

  • Strong working knowledge with MDM technologies, including device enrollment, configuration management, application deployment, and security policy enforcement
  • In Depth knowledge of macOS and Windows management
  • Knowledge of enterprise SaaS solutions (e.g. Slack, Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra ID, Zoom)
  • Solid understanding of core network technologies, including wireless networking principles, VLAN, DHCP, and DNS
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
