The roleAt GoCardless, the IT team is focused on creating a frictionless, empowering experience for every employee. From onboarding onwards, we aim to equip teams with reliable tools, responsive support, and the confidence to work independently and securely. As an IT Technician based in our Riga office, you’ll be a visible and approachable member of our global service desk team. You'll staff our in-person Tech Bar, providing first-line technical support, resolving hardware and software issues, and helping colleagues get the most out of the tools they use every day. Your role is key in ensuring a smooth day-to-day experience for all GoCardless employees.

- You’re comfortable communicating clearly, both in person and in writing, and you create documentation that others can easily follow.
- You’re committed to your professional growth - you’ll have regular check-ins with your manager, access to coaching, and a dedicated learning and development team.

- You take ownership - you’ll be trusted to lead solutions from start to finish, including identifying problems, designing fixes, and maintaining improvements.

Salary range - the expected base salary range for this position is between €1800 - €2700 (gross).
Base salary ranges are based on role, job level, location, and market data. Please note that whilst we strive to offer competitive compensation, our approach is to pay between the minimum and the mid-point of the pay range until performance can be assessed in role. Offers will take into account level of experience, interview assessment, budgets and parity between you and fellow employees at GoCardless doing similar work.
