Joining Collibra’s Product & Engineering PMO team

Collibra’s Product & Engineering PMO team leads project, program and release management, and supports all operational functions in support of our Product & Engineering team. We are looking for a Jira Administrator to ensure smooth day-to-day operations for users using the Atlassian tools and to work collaboratively with Production & Engineering to gather insights, understand workflows, and implement changes that positively impact those day-to-day operations.

You will be reporting to a Manager of P&E PMO and working primarily with stakeholders in both Product & Engineering, Security and other departments at Collibra. 

Jira Administrators at Collibra are responsible for
  • Collaborating closely with P&E PMO team members to implement reporting, dashboards, advanced roadmaps, and support Jira standards as well as process changes
  • Working together with Product and Engineering teams to implement tactical changes, and the staging instance
  • Supporting all teams across the organization that use our Jira instance to manage their work
  • Supporting evaluation of new plug in or integration requests in alignment with the Jira Governance team leads
  • One of Collibra’s core values is ‘Embrace and Drive Change’, which is a core responsibility of PMO in the Product & Engineering organization
You have
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as Jira Administrator in a software development organization 
  • Development experience in Scripting with ScriptRunner is a plus. Experience in working in a multi-language, multi-time zone environment
  • Communicate fluently in English, written and spoken
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent related working experience is required
  • You must have work authorization to work in Prague, CZ

  • A relationship builder across the organization, and ensure that the right processes, documentation, and insights are in place
  • Familiar with working in an agile/scrum environment
  • Open for feedback and willing to learn, but not afraid to take initiative or try a new approach
Measures of success
  • Within your first month, you will have built relationships with leaders and colleagues across Collibra, become familiar with our processes and workflows 
  • Within your third month, you will be supporting individual P&E PMO for ongoing change requests & reporting
  • Within your sixth month, you will be supporting changes from individuals across the organization and participating in rollout and communication.
