YOUR MISSION
As a Junior Account Manager, you will play a key role helping manage Top Accounts at Glovo.
THE JOURNEY
Be a Part Of a Team Where You Will:
- Gather all the insights from our partners to create an amazing experience for them and our customers, tackle through problems to raise the bar
- Get feedback from our stores and translate it into process improvements
- Forecast and track key account metrics
- Work closely with all the departments within Glovo Portugal organization and occasionally globally on temporary projects
- Help and learn from Senior Account Managers on any topics related to partners management and daily challenges
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
- One or two years of work experience in a sales or marketing field. FMCG is a plus.
- Strong Communication skills
- Data-driven skills
- Good skills in MS Office, Looker and Salesforce is a plus
- Proficiency in Portuguese and English is a must
- Immediate availability is a plus
- Overall Good People Skills - you’ll be talking to a lot of external stakeholders
