YOUR MISSION

Join our dynamic finance team in Ukraine, where your analytical expertise will contribute to Glovo's rapid growth and success. In this role, you'll collaborate with a diverse group of talented professionals in a stimulating, fast-paced environment. Our team is committed to driving financial excellence and innovation, ensuring Glovo remains a leader in the delivery sector. Your contributions will be pivotal in shaping the financial strategies that propel us forward.

THE JOURNEY

  • Support regular financial operations, including assisting with partner commission fees, courier billing, and marketing revenue invoicing.
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining financial reports, contributing to insights on key metrics such as partner commissions, courier costs (CPO), and marketing revenue.
  • Provide support to local management by compiling and summarizing data related to revenue streams and courier-related costs.
  • Help with ads revenue billing calculations, ensuring accuracy and assisting with timely invoicing for marketing activities.
  • Monitor overdue partner debts, supporting Account Managers with data to help reduce outstanding balances.
  • Participate in month-end closing activities and support comprehensive financial and management reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (AM, Qcom, and Operations) to fulfill financial requests and maintain smooth operations.
  • Support business process improvement initiatives by assisting with data collection and analysis to reduce errors and improve operational efficiency.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (or final-year student).
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or data analysis (internships or entry-level roles welcome).
  • Basic analytical and computational skills, including familiarity with data entry, accuracy checks, and simple financial calculations.
  • Experience with MS Excel and Google Sheets, with an interest in developing reporting and data management skills.
  • Interest in ERP systems and accounting software (experience is a plus but not required).
  • Understanding of basic accounting principles and willingness to learn and apply financial operations knowledge.
  • Proficiency in written English at an intermediate level (B1) for understanding and interpreting documents and emails.
  • Keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to learning and improving data accuracy.
