  YOUR MISSION

We’re looking for passionate new member that will organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures in our Barcelona as well as provide support to the EAs team. 

THE JOURNEY
  • Manage schedules, agendas, meeting rooms and overall logistics (internal) including scheduling and inviting people and taking care of needed resources.
  • Prepare and follow-up minute by minute for visitors (hotel arrangements, logistics relating to the visit, etc…)
  • Manage travel arrangements of the executives including being on-call while they are traveling for emergency changes if needed.
  • Support the organization of Summits from the VPs and also from their direct reports.
  • Take care of some personal matters of executives (rides, bills, reminders, etc)
  • Support our CEO’s right hand or the Senior Exec Assistants if the event's workload is very high. 
  • Give support to in-house events or celebrations and conferences.
  • Detect and fix office related issues.
  • Ensure having a great working environment, following sustainable practices.
  • Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • Attention to details and problem solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
  • Written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
  • A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements.
  • Proficiency of full Google Drive applications with the ability to quickly adapt to working with new systems.
  • Proactivity and can-do work attitude.
  • No experience needed
