Teads is looking for an Ad Operations Manager based in Amsterdam, to be part of a team responsible for the set-up, optimization, performance, and general stewardship of advertising campaigns. You are the hub of digital advertising campaign execution, working closely and collaboratively with other departments. You'll be responsible for successfully managing client success across our advertising offerings.

Responsibilities

As a Junior Campaign Manager you will help manage advertising campaigns validated by the sales team and maintain daily relationships with agencies and advertisers. You will work closely and support the Account team to:

  • Assist in onboarding customers to our self-service buying platform or DSP
  • Lead preparation for campaign activation through clear and concise communication efforts with clients
  • Analyze performance data to highlight key trends
  • Set up campaign via our buying platform
  • Monitor the campaign pacing and performance, and make appropriate optimizations to achieve the client's KPIs
  • Communicate with clients proactively in terms of campaign performance and work on incremental revenue generation and post-campaign analysis
  • Plan and execute the end-of-campaign report presentations for key clients
  • Help check internal team's campaign setup, changes to ensure no mistakes in the campaign management across the team

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience at a digital media agency, publisher, SSP, DSP, or AdTech company
  • Vast digital media industry knowledge and vested passion in understanding how trends impact day-to-day work, such as but not limited to: Programmatic Advertising (Branding & Performance, Header Bidding and OpenRTB Protocol, etc.)
  • Continually promotes and achieves high standards of quality at work, applies attention to detail to execution, and constantly looks for problems to solve and ways to improve
  • Demonstrates comfort engaging with strategic clients, is an avid problem solver, proactive and a creative thinker
  • Is adept at navigating the intricacies of tactical systems and processes (e.g., third-party ad servers, verification vendor platforms, DSPs, Salesforce, etc.) 
  • Cultivates and maintains strong, productive relationships with various internal and external stakeholders
  • Takes a collaborative approach to their work; understands the limitations of their own perspective and works hard to understand the interests/views of others
  • Team player
  • Fluent English is prefered

  • Experience and/or qualifications in marketing, social media and/or public relations.
  • Demonstrable interest in the field of marketing and advertising, especially in digital.
  • High level of motivation and initiative

  • Willingness to learn
  • Additional language skills are a benefit
  • Very good MS-Office skills, especially in PowerPoint
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
