Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Junior Consultant to join the Office of the CEO. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with our executive leadership team, contributing to strategic initiatives and high-impact projects that shape the future of our company. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with strong communication skills and a passion for technology and business strategy.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Assist the CEO and executive team in the development and execution of strategic initiatives and projects.
  • Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions.
  • Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and briefs for executive meetings, board presentations, and other high-level discussions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights, data, and feedback necessary for informed decision-making.
  • Support project management activities, including tracking progress, managing timelines, and ensuring the timely completion of key deliverables.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to solve complex business challenges.
  • Assist in the preparation of internal and external communications, ensuring clarity, coherence, and alignment with company objectives.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degrees (MBA, MS) are a plus.
  • 1-2 years of experience in consulting, business analysis, or a related role, preferably within the technology sector.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and synthesize actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for creating compelling presentations and reports.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite; experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau) is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Passion for technology and a keen interest in staying updated on industry trends and innovations
