We're growing faster than a tail wag on a summer's day and are on the lookout for a Junior Creative to join our talented and dog-loving Brand Creative team. As our resident creative whiz, you'll dive headfirst into all things design, video editing, and content creation. From bringing our brand to life across various platforms to supporting our exciting shoot productions, you'll find no shortage of opportunities to let your creativity shine.

Weā€™re seeking someone with strong design prowess and a versatile skill set, capable of crafting compelling visuals across a range of mediums and channels. Youā€™ll seamlessly integrate yourself into every stage of our creative process, from brainstorming innovative ideas to bringing them to life. With each project, youā€™ll play a pivotal role in shaping our world-class brand and fulfilling our mission to bring health and happiness to dogs everywhere. 

This is a hybrid working role, offering flexibility with some work-from-home days each week. We expect you to spend 3 days (Mon, Wed and Thurs) at the Box Office in White City - London.

In this role, you can expect to:

Conceptualise and create world-class brand and marketing assets.

  • Collaborate closely with fellow members of the Brand Creative team to brainstorm and execute fresh ideas.
  • Take creative projects from concept to delivery across multiple channels.
  • Design high-visibility and high-impact brand and conversion-led campaign creatives for various mediums, including digital, print, and out-of-home advertising.
  • Dive into the world of video editing to support our Content Creator in producing engaging brand storytelling content.
  • Champion the brand by ensuring visual consistency and quality across all creative work.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously elevate our creative output.
  • Assist in maintaining design files and asset libraries to ensure consistency and version control.

Assist on creative productions:

  • Provide invaluable support, from behind-the-scenes magic to on-set assistance.
  • Source props, talent (dogs), food (we have plenty), and more.
  • Style sets and products, while assisting with art direction.
  • Get plenty of opportunities to meet and pet dogs.

šŸ‘‹ A bit about you:

Youā€™re the ideal candidate if you have:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (preferably in a creative environment), with a portfolio showcasing your creative prowess.
  • Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, AfterEffects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
  • A creative spark and a can-do attitudeā€”no challenge is too big, and no idea is too outlandish (dogs can be pretty weird too).
  • A self-starter mentality, capable of juggling multiple projects with ease.
  • Comfort working autonomously but thrive in a collaborative team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a knack for problem-solving.
  • A passion for the Butternut brand and its values.
  • An obsession with all things dog-related.
