We are looking for a Junior Creative Project Manager for our Creative Operations team in the heart of buzzing Berlin! (1 year full-time contract)

As a Junior Creative Project Manager, you play a vital role within our Creative Operations team, working closely with the Project Manager to streamline daily project operations and contribute to significant campaigns led by a dynamic team of creatives specializing in copywriting, design, and videos. Your role involves coordinating team members, managing workloads, and ensuring timely project delivery. Join us in this exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our creative projects and make a meaningful impact in the dynamic landscape of project management within our organization.

You will:

• Assist in planning and organizing project timelines, scoping work, and overseeing project progress
• Support in managing projects within an agile framework, serving as a liaison between the creative team and the company's marketing channels
• Coordinate meetings
• Monitor projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to deadlines
• Use PM tooling: onboarding processes and troubleshoot issues as they arise

You have:

• A Bachelor's or Master’s degree with specialization in Project Management (BA, Engineering, Communications Studies) preferably with a focus on Creative Industries
• A Project Management Certificate (e.g. PMI certification, PRINCE)
• Excellent command of the English language
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Motivation to collaborate with teams and engage stakeholders, driving projects forward with enthusiasm
• Results-oriented mindset, consistently striving to achieve objectives and deliver exceptional outcomes
• Passion for fostering interpersonal relationships and communicating proficiently across all levels of the organization
