Role Responsibilities: What you'll doYou will own a small business customer portfolio (10–50 employees) with accounts all across Germany
You are responsible for managing your own customer portfolio (around 850 accounts), to retain and grow your customers and are accountable for their long-term success with Personio.
You utilize automated processes to renew your customer’s subscription, identify upsell opportunities, prepare offers & negotiate prices.
You generate expansion MRR via proactive outreach (calling, zoom) and scaled initiatives, such as campaign management or webinars that support customers discover the value of Personio’s products and to grow.
You support 1:many programs (e.g. webinars, automated mailing campaigns, on-demand videos) to efficiently and effectively drive customer retention and growth at scale.
You have successfully completed your studies in economics, business administration or marketing or a comparable course of study.
1+ years of experience in sales/account management (ideally in a tech or SaaS environment) with the demonstrated ability to overachieve against targets.
You bring a high level of independence, can organize yourself effectively, and are not afraid to take on responsibility.
You bring the motivation to proactively approach customers, and are eager to develop account management and sales skills.
You are a strong communicator, with very good written and spoken German (proficient) and English skills (C2 level) .
You are software-savvy and have already worked with CRM softwares, project management tools, and email programs (e.g. Salesforce, groove, Gmail, Notion, Confluence).
