The opportunity 

The Growth Team is responsible for the success of the relationship between OneFit (a 100% subsidiary of Urban Sports) and our Corporate Customers. From Onboarding to Renewal you will build trustworthy relationships with our customers. Inspiring employees to have an Active Lifestyle truly motivates you as a Growth Manager at OneFit.  You will be joining our Amsterdam office and working closely with our b2b customers to create a “Sweat and Joy” culture.

Your responsibilities 
  • You are responsible for the onboarding of recently acquired customers
  • You create an effective and customer-centric approach to reach High Activation goals
  • You are independently responsible for your customer portfolio and build up long-term customer relationships
  • You autonomously design and implement actions to grant a smooth journey from Onboarding to Renewal
  • You analyse the performance of your customers and develop them strategically
  • You document all your activities in our CRM system
  • You steer and support team initiatives
  • You work with multiple stakeholders (e.g. Sales, Finance, Legal, etc…)
  • You will visit attend HR events to build rapport with relevant stakeholders and existing customers
  • You will create and support Marketing team to create content that raises our Product and B2B awareness
What you need to succeed 
  • You have at least 1 year of experience in Customer Success or Corporate Sales
  • You are an passionate about B2B Sales and the Fitness industry
  • You are a social person and enjoy communicating/interacting with customers
  • You identify with our product to a high degree and also sell it to the outside world - OneFit Ambassador
  • You have a good level of comprehension, and you are analytical and able to quickly familiarise yourself with new work processes and programs
  • You are able to deal with data analysis in Excel/Spreadsheet
  • You have good presentation skills, both internally and externally to customers
  • You are experienced in working with a CRM system (experience with Pipedrive is a plus)
  • You are organised, ambitious, and motivated
  • You have Proficient in Dutch and Advanced in English (French, Spanish or Portuguese is a Plus)
