Junior Customer Success Manager - DE - on-site

In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining successful client relationships.

 

What you’ll do:

 

  • Conduct POS training webinars and ensure activation of card reader accounts and other products, as well as hardware setup
  • Make proactive activation calls to encourage merchants to start transacting with necessary products
  • Retain and grow the merchant portfolio by leveraging existing relationships to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities (e.g., POS, card reader accounts, business accounts)
  • Handle merchant complaints and escalations, collaborating with support and other departments to resolve issues effectively
  • Monitor take rate, usage, and health score data to ensure retention, conduct outbound relationship-building calls, and address churn by understanding and addressing merchant concerns

 

What we’re looking for:

 

  • Demonstrated experience in sales and upselling to drive business growth
  • Excellent verbal and written proficiency in both German and English
  • Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Key Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, or Sales Agent
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding KPIs.
