- Placing repair orders: You are responsible for placing repair orders with our network of qualified repair shops.
- Costing: You'll assess damage to vehicles and prepare estimates for repairs. Don't worry, if you haven't done this before, we'll teach you.
- Invoicing: You send invoices to customers and handle any complaints.
- You are the contact person for colleagues and external partners.
- Career changers possible: We welcome applicants from all industries. Previous experience in the automotive industry is not required, as comprehensive training will be provided. You should just have a keen interest in cars or even motorhomes.
- Customer Focus: You should be able to provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers. You are the first point of contact for our customers. Therefore, it is important that you have excellent communication skills and always present yourself in a friendly and professional manner.
- Affinity for cars: Your passion for cars is at the heart of this role. You should have a strong interest in cars and be willing to keep learning. Your enthusiasm for cars will help you succeed in this role and provide the best possible service to our customers.
