Now, we are looking for a Junior Demand Generation Manager (f/m/d) to join our team in Munich, Germany!
We value ownership, communication and trust, and we are looking for an enthusiastic and creative candidate who can work with our Marketing team on creative projects and innovative ideas.
Your mission:
- Collaborate with and learn from our team in Munich, contributing to shaping our content and go-to-market strategies;
- Craft compelling and educational campaigns & content (written and visual) that engage and inspire our target audience;
- Contribute fresh, creative ideas to make our content stand out and align with brand objectives;
- Identify and coordinate participation in local and international industry events (trade shows, conferences, meet-ups), with a proactive approach to maximize visibility and relevance;
- Support our SEO efforts by creating content that boosts discoverability in organic search, in both English & German;
- Leverage AI-powered content creation tools to streamline content production and maintain a consistent publishing schedule;
- Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute new concepts that elevate our campaigns and help achieve business goals.
You would be perfect for this role if you have/are:
- Completed studies in Hospitality Management, Marketing, or Business Administration
- 1+ years of experience in marketing or event planning, ideally in a tech-driven or fast-paced setting;
- A thinker and a doer mindset, eager to learn, contribute, and grow while executing daily tasks with excellence;
- Basic design skills or experience (e.g., Figma, Canva, or Adobe tools) – a plus;
- Exceptional organizational skills, balancing structure and creativity;
- Able to craft engaging customer success stories and educational blog articles with a knack for structuring and presenting ideas clearly;
- Great presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey messages and strategies to diverse audiences;
- Highly confident in your written and oral German skills to produce content for native speakers; with fluency in English;
- Passionate about bringing the latest technologies to the hospitality industry.
