We welcomed our new Global Creative Director, Tom Heaton, in January and he’s now expanding our internal studio – adding new skills to the team to deliver a global re-brand and showcase our expanded product offering.

The design and imagery that graces every piece of marketing literature we produce, across every channel, is key to sustaining our continuous growth plans. You’ll help us maintain our unique identity and push it to new and exciting places with your fresh approach and eye for design. We expect you to be brimming with ideas that you’re never afraid to put forward.

We’re hiring Junior Designers who can demonstrate an infectious energy for their craft and a passion for personal development. Enthusiastic and innovative, you’ll have a burning passion for all things design.

You’ll be responsible for creating a wide range of internal and external materials, presented across print and digital media. One day you’ll be amending sales packs for our Business Development Managers in Texas, the next you’ll be creating recruitment posts for social media. What’s important is that you strive to develop eye-catching yet functional designs, while keeping a cool head as you prioritise your work.

So, how does your future sound?

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Developing new design concepts and campaigns – from taking briefs and completing research to execution and delivery
  • Creating artwork and typographic designs to support external marketing campaigns and internal communications
  • Aligning your immediate work with brand guidelines and ensuring consistency at all times, while supporting the Global Creative Director’s global re-brand over the next 18 months
  • Creating big ideas that challenge and delight internal stakeholders
  • Working with motion design
  • Expanding your creative portfolio with work you’re proud of and want to share with your network

  

What you’ll need:

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience/interest in motion design
  • Experience designing for digital and print
  • Comfortable taking and challenging briefs and able to dig in to understand what stakeholders really need
  • Social channel knowledge – you’ll know how to adjust designs for different platforms
  • Self-motivation and ability to deliver work to plan
  • Prepare to be challenged. We want you to voice your opinions and we’re not afraid to voice ours
  • Understanding of UI/UX
