(Junior) Electronics Engineer (m/f/d)
Your Mission
We are in search of a (Junior) Electronics Engineer (m/f/d), with the drive to build RobCo into the category-leading SMB automation company in Europe. We’ve raised >€50M from the world’s best VCs, such as Sequoia and Lightspeed and top-notch angel investors such as Daniel Dines and Christian Reber to achieve our vision.As a foundational member of RobCo’s team, you’ll work closely with our CEO, VP Revenue, Head of Solutions Engineering, and Head of Supply Chain Management.
- Help us build our RobCo hardware and software platform to enable Robotics for everyone!
- Your main areas of responsibility: Designing and maintaining the electronic hardware stack of the RobCo Robot and helping develop the RobCo Control Software.
- As part of our team, you will develop and take care of:
- The PCBs inside the robot arm and the control unit
- The hardware stack, which enables the robot to run, such as PC or power supply
- Prototyping facilities
- Interfaces between electronics, embedded and mechanics development
- Real time control functions for the robot in C++
- You have a structured way of working that allows you to efficiently transform requirements into real-world solutions.
- You are solution-focused and customer-oriented, and you approach problems with a pragmatic mindset.
- You have solid experience in designing electronic circuits and are adept in PCB development with Altium.
- You possess proficient knowledge in Python and C++, and ideally, you have prior knowledge in robotics, EMC compliant design, or functional safety.
- You are fluent in English and preferably German as well.
