Job Description

Working in Deliveroo's Finance Technology team, you will ensure the Finance team is supported in their use of the technologies they employ to do their job. NetSuite is our core Finance system and it is supplemented by additional applications focused on specific tasks performed or managed by the Finance team. You will be based in our HQ offices (London, Cannon Street), and we are operating on a hybrid model.

The administrator will:

  • Work with end users to educate them on the use of the different supported Finance applications.
  • Create reports and searches within the main Finance applications
  • Help test new software releases and fixes to existing systems
  • Work with the Support Lead and help resolve queries relating to the Finance Systems
  • Create the documentation of main processes
  • Log and manage support cases using Deliveroos tools (email, NetSuite & Jira)
  • Troubleshoot integration and systems issues as they arise.
  • User account management including updating the system with new starters, role changes, and leavers.
  • Complete regular BAU tasks required on Deliveroo's enterprise applications

  • The ability to explain concepts in simple, clear terms
  • Finance degree or similar qualification (AAT preferred but not essential)
  • Empathetic, with an ability to understand issues from an end user perspective
  • The ability to determine causes and produce solutions
  • Work collaboratively and independently
