About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Field Marketing Manager to join our team at Common. You will play a vital part in shaping and executing our local marketing strategies, aligning them with our brand's overall identity. Your responsibilities will include overseeing various marketing activities, from offline and online campaigns to signage design and event collaboration, all aimed at driving traffic and sales to Common's properties.

This a remote opportunity available for those residing in New York, Illinois, Georgia, Alabama or Florida only.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement local marketing strategies that align with the overall brand identity. These strategies should encompass both offline and online activities aimed at driving traffic and sales to Common's properties
  • Collaborate with the events team to design and order any required materials for upcoming open houses, including promotional swag and other marketing collateral.
  • Oversee all signage-related activities: design coordination, production, and delivery. This includes exterior signage (vinyl + banners), takeover signage, and other marketing materials.
  • Facilitate the approval process for design mockups, ensuring all designs meet brand guidelines and project requirements.
  • Maintain an efficient inventory management system, keeping track of all marketing collateral, and managing the replenishment process as needed.
  • Handle weekly requests for marketing materials, such as starter pack replenishments, new signage, or additional collateral, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of working experience in a marketing environment, preferably in field marketing
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver results in a timely manner, while maintaining precision and attention to detail
  • Curiosity for ever-changing market trends and creativity for innovation in marketing
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively articulate complex concepts to internal and external stakeholders
  • Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently in a remote working arrangement with team members across time zones
  • An educational degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus

Compensation

  • $50,000-$55,000 based on experience
