About The Team: We're seeking a sales and field marketing expert to lead our Offline and Field Marketing functions, a razor-sharp analytical mind, relentless ambition, and an insatiable passion for innovation and profitability. Your keen eye for detail will help drive customer acquisition through structured testing and cost-saving and ROI initiatives for both HelloFresh and Green Chef brands.   What You Will Be Doing:
  • Manage Agency Relationships: Oversee the day-to-day interactions with our sales agencies, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Budget Management: Own and deploy channel budgets to hit conversion, CAC, and ROI targets, ensuring optimal financial performance.
  • Comprehensive Reporting: Take charge of end-to-end channel reporting and manage agency commission structures for maximum efficiency.
  • Strategic Planning: Contribute to annual marketing planning, budgeting, and major marketing campaigns, providing valuable input and insights.
  • Market Insights: Gather and apply insights from both quantitative and qualitative data to understand market trends, perform creative analysis, and enhance channel analytics.
  • Innovation and Optimisation: Develop and execute a robust test pipeline to drive innovation and optimise our performance OKRs
  • Training and development: Refresh sales training documents and collateral to help drive improvements in performance
Who You Are:
  • A solid foundation of experience within offline marketing (direct sales (door-to-door, events and lead generation) essential with wider print - Direct Mail, gift card, experience a plus)
  • Experience of managing complex direct marketing budgets and campaigns
  • Solid experience in prioritisation and workload planning
  • Experience of using data and insight to drive performance optimisation and improvement
  • Numerate with good analysis skills with ability to interpret results, translating this into direct actions
  • Experience of using qualitative and quantitative supporter/customer insight to develop products, propositions and campaigns
  • Strong verbal and written communication with experience in supplier management
  • 2-3 years experience in Offline, Field Marketing  or Growth Marketing
  • Experience working in a DTC subscription brand (preferred not essential)

Location: The HelloFresh Farm, 60 Worship Street, EC2A 2EZ, London 

Work Schedule: Hybrid working - 50/50 remote working. We would require you work 2 days in the office per week.dependent)
