• Act as an expert in accounts payable and accounts receivable (e.g. processing incoming invoices and travel expenses, initiating payments, receivables management, etc.)
• Work operationally in the travel management process from processing employee inquiries to selecting partner hotels and concluding contracts
• Take on responsibility: Preparation of evaluations and analyses of financial data as well as preparation and transmission of reports to management
• Play an active role: Act as a contact person for our tax advisor and assist with the preparation of annual financial statements
• Optimize processes: Push digitalization in our Finance & Controlling department (e.g. travel booking, travel expense accounting, invoicing process)
• Create change: Support strategic management (e.g. through cost monitoring, forecasts) and play an active role in intercompany coordination and decisions for international financial management

• Degree in business administration, economics, accounting & finance or similar fields of study or a completed commercial apprenticeship
• Initial experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable accounting
• Knowledge of the DATEV software is a plus
• Strong affinity for numbers, analytical skills, hands-on mentality and a structured way of working
• Business fluent German and fluent English skills
