Junior Integration Consultant, HR Technology
The Junior Integration Consultant will be responsible for supporting the US HR technology integration architecture and responsible for designing, building, testing, deploying, and maintaining integrations between various HR and non-HR systems. The ideal candidate has broad technical experience with HRIS and integration methodologies and tools and advanced, hands-on experience with Workday, primarily using Workday technologies such as Studio, EIBs, RaaS, BIRT, Core Connectors, and Web Services. You will have an immediate impact on improving employee experience and organizational productivity through efficient, automated data flows and have visibility and exposure to our global HR technology ecosystem.

- Serve as the in-house integration developer responsible for designing, testing, and deploying inbound and outbound integrations between various HR systems, particularly Workday HCM.
- Responsible for maintaining, modifying and modernizing existing integration, as needed.
- Own the HRIS integration landscape including relevant documentation (data flows, data dictionary, etc.).
- Collaborate with Sr Integrations Consultant, HR Technology team, 3rd party partners, and other stakeholders to prioritize integration backlog.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues and defects with exceptional customer service.
- Continuously increases knowledge of HRIS integrations by understanding current capabilities, staying informed on future capabilities and trends, and interacting with HR technology vendor communities.
You have...
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems and Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 1 or more years of experience developing inbound and outbound integrations between various HR and non-HR (finance, warehouse management, IT) systems.
- 1 or more years of hands-on Workday integration development experience particularly with Report Writer, Calculated Fields, Core Connectors, EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), RaaS, BIRT and Workday Studio.
- Experience with at least 1 full life cycle Workday integration is preferred.
- Experience with JavaScript, XSLT, XML, JSON, APIs and XPath programming is preferred.
- Data conversion concepts and impacts on business processes (such as Workday iLoads or bulk data loading).
- Familiarity with agile development frameworks and tools (e.g., Jira, Scrum, Kanban) is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across all organizational levels, including technical & non-technical audiences.
- Organizational and planning skills, including being able to work reliably and efficiently under demanding deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Experience with Workday Integration development tools including Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and Workday API framework for data loads.
- Experience managing and maintaining payroll integrations including PICOF or PECI preferred.
- Experience in RPA and automation tools will be an added advantage.
