We are looking for a Junior IT Engineer to join our Global IT Support Team who will assist by being the central point of contact for providing IT services to a globally distributed, diverse team at the crossroads of technology and food.

• You’ll help to support, maintain, and develop our Workplace Technology within Germany.
• You'll actively contribute to design decisions on our Workplace IT landscape.
• You'll be contributing to the ongoing system and process documentation efforts.
• Ensure the seamless operation of our meeting room systems, employee devices as well as static office devices (printers, dashboards, access control, etc).

• You’ll manage our Workplace Technologies by developing best practices, and better processes, and defining new service standards.
• You'll support the AV hardware for our company-wide live-streaming events (e.g. quarterly update events, all-hands, etc.).
• You’ll help support & maintain our static office devices, such as printers, dashboards, meeting rooms, shared desks, etc.
• You’ll help your team members by actively creating documentation on process changes and/or new processes.
• You'll occasionally travel to other HelloFresh locations in Germany to assist with IT matters. 
• You’ll collaborate with core teams like our Workplace Operations & Onboarding Experience.
• Contribute to the devices' lifecycle effort by setting up, exchanging, and safely storing our devices.

• Multiple years of experience as a IT Support Engineer, System Administrator or a similar position.
• Previous experience with managing technologies like Google Workspace (specifically Google Meet Hardware), MFP’s , and Envoy .
• You are service oriented, get a kick out of helping other people out and customer-centricity is part of your DNA .
• Very good soft skills to collaborate with a growing & globally distributed IT team
• Knowledge in any of these tools would be preferred, but not needed: Intune, Jamf, Snipe-IT, and Jira Service Management. AppSpace or similar digital signage technology.
• Excellent English and decent German language skills are essential. A minimum of B1 German proficiency is a big plus.
• Willingness to travel within Germany for occasional business trips.
