At Asseco we are actively making use of Large Language Models (LLMs) in various business processes and are continuously expanding their use within our services and processes. We are enlarging our team and are searching for a Junior LLM Evangelist to support our initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine prompts/the input for LLMs to ensure optimal performance and a gain in efficiency.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team to integrate LLMs into various business processes.
• Provide training and guidance to Asseco colleagues on the effective use of LLMs.
• Assist in the development for Asseco colleagues in the usage of new applications based on LLMs within the organization.
• Assist in preparation of knowledge base and guidelines for Asseco colleagues on using LLMs in the work field. 

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
• Moderation skills for guiding colleagues through workshops. 
• Experience with using Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT-4, LLAMA2, etc. (no programming skills required)

Nice-To-Have Qualifications:

• Experience in prompt engineering or related fields.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• A track record of innovation and creative problem-solving.
• Understanding of NLP (Natural Language Processing) and AI concepts is beneficial.
• German (no must-have!)
