As a Junior Manager Price & Discount Strategy (m/f/x) you will play a key role in setting up and executing A/B tests to optimize HelloFresh’s international pricing and discount initiatives. Your primary focus will be on operational tasks, ensuring smooth implementation of price & discount initiatives and improving processes through collaboration with Tech Teams and different Marketing Teams. You will be instrumental in shaping the way we test, monitor, and enhance our approach to pricing and discounting across our markets.

• Collaborate with team members to plan, set up, and execute A/B price & discount experiments across multiple markets
• Manage the operational aspects of A/B tests, ensuring the necessary systems and processes are in place
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Marketing Analytics) to streamline processes and improve testing workflows
• Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of experiments, helping to identify actionable insights for optimizing pricing strategies
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our price & discount processes by sharing learnings and suggesting new approaches
• Ensure the accurate documentation and codification of knowledge to improve efficiency in future experiments

• Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in Business/Management, Statistics, Business Analytics, Operations, or a related field.
• Up to two years of (internship) experience in E-commerce, Operations, or price & discount testing.
• Strong understanding of A/B testing, with hands-on experience in managing test setups and operations.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Analytical mindset with good Excel skills (R and SQL are a plus).
• Team-oriented approach, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English.
