YOUR MISSION

You will be responsible for tracking and managing the operational metrics of regional areas and cities while deep-diving into any metric deviation with the goal of finding quick, efficient, and data-driven solutions.

THE JOURNEY

  • Provide analytical support to the operations teamin Lisbon.
  • Evaluate strategic opportunities, performing a broad range of quantitative and qualitative analyses to improve the partner operations (improve preparation times, reduce cancellations, and decrease bad ratings) to make sure we always deliver the best service to our customers.
  • Be responsible for partner operational excellence, compliance with processes, experience on the platform, and many more from a data perspective: providing deep analytics, and creating dashboards, bots, simulations, and data models. 
  • Propose (be an enthusiast), track, and consolidate new ideas to improve the operations by being obsessed with Glovo's KPIs.
  • Understand, deep-dive into the data, to understand the reasons and the levers we can act upon to improve KPIs.
  • Own all dashboards and build new tools to improve the visibility of metrics in the department.
  • Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop, and make a difference.
  • Work with global and regional teams to coordinate and execute projects to reach your goals.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • Up to 1 year of professional experience, including internship roles, in highly demanding positions (operations, consulting, tech, etc.).
  • Bachelors in Data Science, Finance, Engineering, Business or similar.
  • Results-oriented, autonomous, and efficient.
  • You have amazing attention to detail, a great appetite to learn, and are driven to get your hands dirty.
  • Excellent critical thinking by using a data-driven approach.
  • Excel/Gsheet proficiency.
  • Experience in SQL preferred.
  • Knowledge of visualization tools like Looker is a plus.
  • Portuguese and English is a must.
