Junior Operations Coordinator
Your daily workout
- You’ll be the go-to person for our corporate clients, sports partners and our members within the EGYM Wellpass network, providing day-to-day support, answering requests, and making sure everything runs smoothly.
- You’ll coordinate with cross-functional teams like Sales, Marketing, Product and Finance to keep things moving and solve issues quickly.
- You’ll handle operational tasks such as contract updates, data maintenance, and billing coordination, ensuring accuracy and consistency every step of the way.
- You’ll support ongoing projects and improvement initiatives, contributing ideas and jumping in where needed to help us grow smarter, move faster and provide local expertise.
- You’ll help shape communication flows, processes, and documentation to support the scale-up of our US operations.
- You’ll play a key role in our mission to offer our customers and partners the fastest, most reliable, and friendliest customer experience in the corporate health market.
- You’ll be part of a small, agile team, which means your ideas, flexibility, and hands-on attitude will make a real difference.
- You have a degree or relevant training in business, operations, or administration.
- You have at least one year of experience in (or strong motivation to learn) in operational support, customer communication, and cross-team collaboration, ideally in a fast-paced or service-oriented environment.
- You have confidence in using Google Workspace and Excel; experience with Salesforce or SAP is a plus, but not required.
- You possess a hands-on mentality and a strong sense of ownership — you take initiative and follow through.
- You have a structured and proactive mindset — you spot what’s needed and make it happen.
- You demonstrate strong communication skills in English (written and spoken), with a positive, solutions-oriented attitude.
- You express curiosity, adaptability, and the motivation to grow in a fast-scaling team that values ownership, movement, and health.
- You will earn an annual salary of $56,485 - $60,000*Actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as education, experience, skillset, and/or location.
